35% Whipping Cream

35% Whipping Cream is thick, pourable cream with added stabilizers, giving it a velvety texture. This versatile cream ranges from 32% to 36% and can easily be whisked into a rich gravy, drizzled over soups and, of course, is the supreme choice for desserts.

  • For cold dips, substitute equal parts Whipped Cream and plain yogurt in place of sour cream.
