15% or 18% Table Cream

The 15% or 18% Table Cream is a richer blend of cream and milk than Half-and-Half Cream. Table Cream really shines drizzled over desserts or fresh fruit, gently heated sauces and soups, and, of course, it’s perfection in a steaming cup of coffee.

Did You Know?

  • Warm up 15% or 18% Cream and pour over chocolate chip cookies. Let stand until softened and serve with berries for a warm chocolate treat.

  • Warm up 15% or 18% Table Cream and drizzle it over bread pudding.

  • Pour 15% or 18% Table Cream over oatmeal or other hot cereals for added velvety texture.

  • Cool down spicy curries by adding a dash of 15% or 18% Table Cream.

  • Create a quick hot fudge sauce: heat ½ cup (125 mL) 15% Cream in a saucepan just until steaming and whisk in 2 tbsp (25 mL) finely chopped chocolate until melted.

  • Cream can replace coconut milk in recipes: for each cup (250 mL), add ¼ cup (50 mL) unsweetened coconut to 1 cup 15% Cream and let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.

  • Pour 15% or 18% Cream into a plastic squeeze bottle and add finely chopped fresh herbs and salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle the herbed cream over soups for a stellar restaurant presentation.
