One of Canada’s rare raw milk cheeses, Geai Bleu is a fine blue cheese sought after by connoisseurs. The dedicated herd of Holsteins feed on the sea-swept, salty grasses confers a uniquely delicate flavour. This cheese is made by hand, using artisanal methods to craft it.
