How to enjoy them?
Comox - Brie is excellent served on its own. For optimal flavour, serve at room temperature. Delicious topped with chutney or tart jam. Great baked in oven 325°F for 10 minutes. Lovely with baguettes, crackers or toast. Perfect on cheese plates. Good with white or red wines.
