Second Course
Mi-Carême
This is a cheese for sophisticated palates. The soft, smooth cheese has a fresh hazelnut and mushroom flavour with a slightly bitter but pleasant taste. During aging the rind becomes light orange.
Noyan
Noyan is a great choice. This semi-soft cheese with a washed rind exudes subtle aromas of light, fresh mushroom and milk. It has a creamy and nutty flavour. Its delectable creaminess will seduce more than a few!
Oka
OKA. Now we’re dealing with a celebrity! This esteemed cheese is known for its fruit and hazelnut flavour that intensifies with age, leaving a consistently fresh taste in your mouth.

Once on the palate, its flavours are reminiscent of hazelnut along with cream. Of course, it also provides all the flavours you'd come to expect from a blue-veined cheese!

Thanks to the Empereur (L'), the story of this platter fets off to a beautiful, delicious start! This soft cheese features a washed rind with powerful aromas and mid flavours of nuts, cream and fruits.
