Ingredients

A small wheel of Canadian Brie or
Camembert
Cognac or
sherry

Young Brie cheeses will keep for about a month. If the cheese is ripe and kept under good conditions, it will last for about two weeks.

Preparation

Prick Canadian Brie or Camembert deeply and fill the holes with cognac or sherry. Cover and chill for two days.

Garnish with candied fruit and / or nuts. Put everything in a pretty package.
