cocktail crackers
Canadian Cream cheese
1/4 cup
(50 ml)
chopped onion
20
capers
8 oz
(250 g)
smoked salmon, sliced
Lemon juice
Pepper
Olive oil
Instructions
Spread Canadian Cream cheese on crackers and sprinkle with chopped onions and capers. Season with pepper and garnish with a slice of smoked salmon.
Top with a few drops of lemon juice and olive oil. Serve immediately.
