Scandinavian Grilled Cheese

Preparation

What You Need

8 slices pumpernickel bread
6 1/2 oz (200 g) Canadian Havarti cheese, sliced
4 oz (120 g) smoked salmon
1 tbsp (15 ml) chopped fresh dill

Instructions

Evenly distribute cheese, salmon and dill on four slices of bread.
Top with remaining four slices.
Heat skillet over medium-low heat and cook sandwiches approximately 5 minutes on each side or until bread is toasted and cheese is melted.

    This sounds perfect. I'd butter the outside of the bread slices before grilling.
