Prosciutto on Baguette

What You Need

baguette, thinly sliced
2 tbsp
(30 ml)
softened
butter
4 oz
(125 g)
Canadian Borgonzola cheese, cut in small cubes
2 tbsp
(30 ml)
brandy
Pinch
of
paprika
Salt
4 oz
(125 g)
thinly sliced
prosciutto, finely chopped
Grated
Canadian Parmesan cheese
Pepper, to taste
Instructions
Spread bread slices lightly with butter and grill in oven for a few minutes. Set aside.
In bowl, mix Canadian Borgonzola cheese with brandy. Add paprika and season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix well. Spread cheese mixture on grilled bread and return to oven for a few minutes until cheese begins to melt.
Arrange on serving dish, garnish each slice with prosciutto and top with Canadian Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
