Pizza Primavera with Three Cheeses

oregano

basil, chopped

Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

pizza crust, pre-cooked
2 cups
(500 ml)
your choice of
vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, peppers, mushrooms, onion, spinach, asparagus etc.) blanched, sautéed or grilled
1/4 cup

green
or
black olives, sliced
1 to 2
tomatoes, sliced
1 cup
(250 ml)
Canadian Friulano, grated
1 cup
(250 ml)
strong
Canadian Provolone, grated
1/2 cup
(125 l)
Canadian Asiago, grated
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 °F(230 °C).
Combine oil, garlic and herb, season generously. Pour this mixture onto pizza crust. Top with chosen vegetables, olives and tomatoes.
In a bowl, mix cheeses. Cover pizza with cheeses and cook in centre of oven for 7 to 10 minutes or until they are golden brown.
Serve immediately with a salad.
