Peachy Cream Chicken

What You Need
1 cup
(250 ml)
sour cream
1/4 cup
(50 ml)
mayonnaise
1 tsp
(5 ml)
curry powder
3 tbsp
(45 ml)
mango
or
other
fruit chutney
1 lb
(500 g)
cooked chicken, diced
19 oz
(540 ml)
1 can
peaches
1 tbsp
(15 ml)
sliced roasted almonds
Fresh parsley
Instructions
In bowl, mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, curry and chutney. Add extra curry powder to taste. Stir in chicken.
Drain peaches and reserve 2 tbsp (30 mL) of juice. Chop half the peaches and add to chicken mixture. Stir in reserved juice. Serve on individual plates. Garnish each plate with roasted almonds, remaining peaches and fresh parsley.

Excellent recipe! Can substitute other fruits, such as pineapple or pears, and gives an excellent flavour.
