New-Zealand Ham Sandwich

Preparation

What You Need

1 baguette, cut in 4
1 cup (250 ml) Canadian Cottage cheese
10 oz (300 g) Black Forest ham, sliced thin
2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
1/2 red onion, sliced
Hot mustard
Fresh coriander, chopped

Instructions

Cut baguette chunks in half lengthwise. Spread bottom halves with Canadian Cottage cheese and layer with ham, kiwis and onion slices.

Spread top halves with mustard. Sprinkle with coriander and serve immediately with soup.
