What You Need

flour tortillas (soft tortillas)
2
boneless skinless chicken breasts, halved
8 slices
Medium Canadian Cheddar
2
ripe avocados
2
green onions
Instructions
Cook chicken breasts in frying pan and set aside when done.
Peel avocados and cut into small sticks.
Mince green onions.
Starting with cheese, place a quarter of the ingredients in the center of the lower part of each tortilla. Fold both sides of each tortilla over ingredients, then roll.
This sandwich can also be served quesadilla style: simply fold filled tortilla in two and heat on both sides in frying pan for a few minutes.
