Greek Pasta Salad (2)

vegetable fusilli, or other

tomatoes, quartered
1/2 lb
(250 g)
Canadian Feta cheese, crumbled
12
pitted black olives, sliced
1
large onion, sliced
1/2 cup
(125 ml)
olive oil
3 tbsp
(45 ml)
wine vinegar
1 tbsp
(15 ml)
mixed herbs
Salt
Pepper
Instructions
In saucepan, cook fusilli in salted water until 'al dente'. Drain pasta and place in salad bowl. Add tomatoes, Canadian Feta cheese, olives and onion. Set aside.
In small bowl, beat oil together with vinegar and mixed herbs. Pour over salad and season with salt and pepper to taste. If prepared in advance, add tomatoes at the last minute. Serve and garnish with Greek hot peppers.
