English Muffins with Brie and Mixed Berries

Preparation

What You Need

2 plain or
whole wheat english muffins
1 tbsp (15 ml) butter
1/4 cup (50 ml) mixed berries, raspberry or
strawberry jam
4 oz (125 g) sliced Canadian Brie* cheese

Instructions

Toast English muffin halves, butter each half and evenly spread with berry jam.

Top with Canadian Brie cheese.


Tips

* For a change of taste use Canadian Fontina, Canadian Havarti or Canadian Brick cheese.
