Instructions
In skillet, grill chicken breast in oil for 10 to 12 minutes. Season to taste with oregano and basil. Remove from skillet, slice and set aside.
In small bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard and honey. Spread mixture on roll halves. Stuff each roll with slices of grilled chicken and red pepper. Top with Canadian Swiss cheese slices and arugula.
Serve with nachos and salsa.
