Creamy Linguine with Smoked Salmon

Preparation

What You Need

1 lb (500 g) linguine
4 green onions, chopped
1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
8 oz (250 g) 1 pkg Canadian Cream cheese
3 tbsp (45 ml) capers
Pepper
8 oz (250 g) smoked salmon

Instructions

In large saucepan of salted boiling water, cook linguine al dente. Drain and set aside.

In same saucepan, sauté green onion in oil for 2 minutes. Stir in cooked pasta, Canadian Cream cheese and capers; pepper to taste. Heat through over low heat, stirring frequently. Divide linguine into 4 plates. Garnish with slices of smoked salmon.
