Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 °F (200 °C). Line one baking sheet with parchment paper.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out puff pastry into a 10 inch (25 cm) square. Brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle with your favourite shredded Canadian Cheese and paprika.
Cut into strips 1 inch (2.5 cm) wide. Hold ends of strip and twist. Place on baking sheet.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes, or until puffed and lightly browned. Cool.
Wrap first in wax paper, then tissue paper and ribbons.
