French baguette or ficelle bread

very thin slices of
Canadian Chaliberg cheese

Toulouse sausages
Instructions
Cook sausages on grill or in frying pan. Let sausages cool.
Using the handle of a wooden spoon, make holes lengthwise through the bread (the holes must be wider than sausage diameter).
Wrap cheese around each sausage and carefully insert into the bread.
Serve hot (heat for a few minutes on grill or in oven) or cold.
