Beef and Salsa Rice Salad

Canadian Cheddar cheese, diced
Instructions
In bowl, combine all ingredients with Canadian Cheddar cheese. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Place in airtight container and chill until ready to serve. Serve cold or warm.
