Instructions
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine cheese, sour cream and barbecue sauce. Microwave, uncovered, on Medium (50 %) power for 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 minutes, stirring once, until warmed, but not bubbling.
Serve with broccoli florets for dipping.
To heat in oven or toaster oven, transfer dip to a small baking dish or ramekin and bake in preheated 350 °F (180 °C) oven for about 15 minutes or until warmed, but not bubbling.
Tips
The dip can be stirred together, covered and refrigerated for up to 2 days. It may take a little longer to heat when cold from the refrigerator.
Try Canadian Brick or Canadian Monterey Jack cheese in place of the Canadian Colby or Cheddar.
