What You Need

1 1/4 lb (625 g) lean ground beef
1 cup (250 ml) shredded Canadian Cheddar*
1/3 cup (75 ml) each chunky salsa
chopped green pepper
1 oz (35 g) 1 pkg taco seasoning

Combine beef, Canadian Cheddar, salsa, green pepper, taco seasoning and egg; mix well. Shape meat into 4 patties, 5-inches (12 cm) in diameter.

Place patties directly on preheated grill and cook, with lid open, over medium heat about 5 minutes per side or until cooked as desired. Warm taco shells on the grill.

Cut each patty in half and place, cut side down, in lettuce-lined taco shell. Top with tomato and lots of shredded Canadian Cheddar.
