Barbecue Cheddar Beef Tacos

Instructions
Combine beef, Canadian Cheddar, salsa, green pepper, taco seasoning and egg; mix well. Shape meat into 4 patties, 5-inches (12 cm) in diameter.
Place patties directly on preheated grill and cook, with lid open, over medium heat about 5 minutes per side or until cooked as desired. Warm taco shells on the grill.
Cut each patty in half and place, cut side down, in lettuce-lined taco shell. Top with tomato and lots of shredded Canadian Cheddar.
Tips
*For a change of taste, use Canadian Monterey Jack or Canadian Colby.
