  EAT! Vancouver Food + Cooking Festival is the ultimate Consumer Food Expo Celebrity chefs, popular local restaurants, wineries, food and beverage manufacturers, cookbook authors, retailers, artisans, and many others from the culinary world will come together for a three day public extravaganza at the newly refurbished BC Place Stadium. EAT! Vancouver encompasses unique food experiences, opportunities to learn behind-the-scenes culinary magic from professional chefs, dynamic entertainment through celebrity chef cooking demonstrations and culinary competitions, diverse food, beverage and cooking related exhibits; and of course fantastic shopping opportunities.

  Throughout the show, consumers are invited to attend complimentary Cheese Seminars hosted by Dairy Farmers of Canada. Consumers will gain valuable knowledge about Canadian Cheese made from 100% Canadian milk. Other interesting information such as wine pairing suggestions and entertaining with cheese will be provided, all while enjoying a tutored Cheese tasting.

  The Great Canadian Cheese Festival

  June 1-2, 2013
  Crystal Palace, Picton, ON

  The third annual Great Canadian Cheese Festival takes place on the first weekend of June. The Artisan Cheese & Fine Food Fair runs Saturday and Sunday, June 1-2. Cheese tours and a cheese cooking class are offered on Friday, May 31.

   

  More than 100 exhibitors and vendors, about 125 different Canadian cheeses to sample and buy, and 3,000+ consumers make the event the biggest cheese show in Canada representing producers from coast to coast. One-third of the participating cheese producers come from Québec. This year, we even have one cheese maker from Newfoundland.

   

  Cheese seminars in the All You Need Is Cheese® Annex presented by Dairy Farmers of Canada as a bonus feature of the Artisan Cheese & Fine Food Fair. Learn about the best in Canadian cheese made from 100% Canadian Milk at special presentations conducted by leading cheese educator Deborah Levy.

  Halal Food Festival

  Celebrate Toronto's diversity with the best Halal restaurants, manufacturers, bakeries and specialty stores representing cuisines from around the world. Over 60 food related exhibitors will be on the show floor and ready to serve you their unique offerings.
